VSL and VSV

hiii!!
so i speak malayalam as a first language and me and my parents have been seriously considering taking VSL and doing my first language as a VET subject! along with that, i want to try out VSL for a VCE subject that my school doesn't offer that i want to do.
does anyone have any experience with VSV and VSL, and how they run? how would you rate them? is it worth it?

I do VSL for jap second language. Its ok, no problems other than very very very slow admin. They always send out work and stuff way after the school term has started. Oral lessons (when u talk to the teacher) happens once a fortnight. Work needs to be uploaded once a week. The weekly work is annoying but it's fine.
Honestly just give it a go. Once u get used to it there's no real issue.
