Daniel.z Hello, any Year 11 or 12 veterans here, may I ask, do you guys have any useful resources to help me get a headstart on my subjects, planning on doing chem, bio, chinese, eng, methods and spesh. Thanks.
.. Daniel.z no. I mean unless u consume math's and science everyday and love learning about it. Your subjects aren't bad but if you aren't consistent or burnout it can be quite bad.
jiaozi for chem and bio, just grab some textbooks and hope they actually make sense.. if you can tolerate videos, khan academy is decent for visual learners. for chinese? try apps like helloChinese or memrise for a bit more structure. as for english, skip the classics and dive into sparknotes or any study guides before wading through all that old text. for methods and spesh, brace yourself for endless practice exams; it’s basically a rite of passage. check out apps like mathway or photomath for quick help when you’re stuck. just remember, the real resources you’ll need are a strong coffee and a solid support group for those late-night assignment meltdowns lol. good luck!
mhsbandar bored depends on what u want to do later in life, the ones u have chosen are pretty solid for pursuing medicine. however they are also really close to the "suicide six" (eng, methods, spesh, bio, chem, physics) which means itll be pretty demanding. i mean if u can find a way to integrate it into your lifestyle i see no problem with doing them.
Dosanjh is cooking (ˉ▽ ̄~) 🔥 so far methods has been good still extremely stressful barely get over 8hrs of sleep a day
Daniel.z asianasen How do you do all the specific units? which websites and stuff yeah ik u mentioned but like more specifically.
.. Daniel.z Thats a good start, but passion for a subject isn't enough in VCE. You should look at the study design and discuss with your teachers and how much u have to spend on that subject and if the topics they learn are actually fun to you.
