Beta definitely jmss over ebss imo:
in terms of pure statistics, jmss performs much higher than ebss in atar statistics and stem study scores
i also think that the networking at jmss is better, especially if ur planning on pursuing an undergrad stem course (e.g biomed). for instance, there are quite a few jmss students selected for olympiad teams each year like for last year's international bio olympiad; if that's something you're interested in, those are great functions to connect with people
location is a big factor, however, seeing as they're really far apart. if you're already situated in the south-east/east and near clayton, jmss would be a no-brainer, but if you're closer to the cbd, then perhaps consider ebss. at the end of the day, you've gotta ask yourself if you're willing to make a 2-hour commute there and back every school day for the next two years
