Does anyone know how I can improve fast?

So I'm in advanced maths Y10, but I'm not doing well, it's term 3 and I haven't handed in homework, I barely do work in class, mainly because I'm getting used to the new curriculum still and everything's just so new (I moved to victoria early jan) so I have no idea what's going on, how anything works, I get that now that it's term three it's kind of on me for not catching up soon enough, my teacher told me that I might want to rethink taking methods next year, I really want to but I don't have the grades or the reliability to, can anyone tell me how I can improve fast? We're already on chapter seven, I'm so lost and my tutor left me all of holidays when i was free so I havent been able to get anything. pleaseee help 💔

DEXZIDERRIYUM Don't lose hope! Start by prioritizing the important work, list them all and comeplete them one by one. It would be very stressful to complete them all at once. Step by step

bro just do the work lol. imo schools move through textbooks so slow so it should take too long to catch up, ask your teacher to find a list of everything you did in the past, and just sit down and grind it out everyday, if the chapters youre talking about are from maths textbooks, just do one subchapter a day (1A on mon, 1B on tue, 1C on web, etc) , you should catch up really quick. Prioritise your schoolwork over tutor work (if you have any). Also try timelapsing yourself studying and posting it somewhere if you want, it helped me tons cos i didnt want to stop the timelapse and it kept me focussed.

Catching up on maths after big move is tough, but totally doable if you take it step by step.. at first it’s overwhelming but once you understand what’s going on, it’s way less scary. Focus on the core topics, ask for help where you can, and start small.
