LeenZ hii i’ve been doing both media and viscomm (vcd) in yr 11 and honestly media clears. viscomm is barely art at this point it’s just architecture and product design with a ruler. we’re literally doing technical drawings, measuring angles, making floor plans… like i didn’t sign up for maths disguised as art?? meanwhile media is actually creative imo you get to make short films, analyse movies and ads, do photography, editing, all that fun stuff. it actually lets you express ideas instead of spending 3 weeks drawing a chair in 2-point perspective. unless you’re super into architecture, graphic design, or being precise 24/7, i wouldn’t recommend viscomm. i’m sitting in class rn wishing i dropped it sooner. media is 100% the better pick if you wanna do something artistic but still chill and interesting.
