What I have found with getting above a 23/25 for Modern is finding your own argument that nuanced, which means looking at the question differently to everyone else. BUT still answering the question. This will hopefully be an example of how you can do that! Modern markers like new arguments and they award marks for it, so shy away from your bog standard adding "repeat the question" thesis. However if you are not confident in making your own new argument up, just do the "repeat the Q" because you can still get a 23/25, rather than messing it up and getting a 17/25.
