Yes you can apply for both DDS and MD at the end of your undergrad

I feel like everyone I knew who wanted to do dentistry at the end of year 12 went for the latrobe option. At the end you will be able to become a dentist with either course. If you are not sure some non-dentistry undergrad sounds better since you can learn about other fields during your undergrad.

I feel like people I have heard of that got into it via the Aspire program usually had put quite a bit of effort into it but you should probably have a look around to see if that is the case for everyone.

I have heard that a few people have failed early on in the course but this was many years ago and nowadays it is structured a little different and the fail rate is quite normal
