In the east, I’ve found Swinburne Uni (TAFE division) in Croydon (though this looks like it’s going more TAFE-like) and Box Hill Institute as you’ve mentioned.
If you’re a bit more south-east metro Melbourne, I’ve found Chisholm Institute in a few locations (e.g. Dandenong, Frankston).
