Rey_of_sunshine 17 (it's just how it's always been for me. It made most mindfulness activities/close your eyes and visualise while a teacher reads aloud activities annoying lol. Oh plus Noone can ever describe what it's like because they never have to because they assume everyone does it so it's so interesting to watch people try and explain how they see stuff in their mins and real life simultaneously. But I didn't even realise visualising was a real thing until a few years ago (thought saying you pictures something was symbolic and used for books/movies and stuff to just try and convey thoughts not that people legit saw stuff))
FH 2 (all jokes aside, i couldn’t imagine not visualising. i rely on it so much, especially in exams i can recall visually the page which notes on a topic is. does is impair your learning/memory much?)
