Rey_of_sunshine 36 I think people wanted an excuse to wear fancy era's tour outfits again and thought comic con was probably one of the most socially appropriate
FH 37 yeah people spent crazy money on the eras tour outfits but they looked amazing so ig it was worth it?
i_need_mental_asylum 38 FH you genuinely inspired me to listen to ts and now i can’t get enough of wildest dreams
FH 40 me going broke by spending $35 on bracelet making sets. i_need_mental_asylum i’m glad. is there a specific genre you like, i’d love to suggest more songs!
Rey_of_sunshine 39 yeah, I reckon expensive outfits can always be justified if they make the wearer happy (and like they can afford to buy it without sacrificing neccessities)
Rey_of_sunshine 41 me spending like maybe a thousand dollars for comic con (including tickets/cos/everything i bought...) and doing it again in like a month.
Rey_of_sunshine 43 yeah I work lol, about 500 on the cosplays/tickets and 500 spending (including 2 lunches and a dinner). and all the purchases were neccessary (I bought 2 swords, a ton of pins/badges, some stickers and more)
Rey_of_sunshine 45 (I can justify them because you see I cuaght the train home alone and wanted to arm myself incase I needed protection, also they're cool as)
Rey_of_sunshine 47 they're not real ones, they're made of like a thick foam or bamboo. like prop weapons, comic con is cool but not cool enough to sell real swords
Rey_of_sunshine 49 yeah, I wasn't wielding like full on swords lol. Did have one random guy on the train ask to touch my sword on the sunday and I just stared at him awkwardly...
