Missed this post, I got 40 raw on the dot in 2018, with 85% in U3 (scaled to 88%), 90% in U4 (scaled to 96%) and 195/240 on the exam (A+ cutoff was 194/120).
In terms of tips, make sure you do a lot of past exam papers from the dynamic science website. You'd want to be perfecting those explanation questions which are marked very pedantically, refer to the exam reports to get an idea of how detailed your answer needs to be for different types of questions.
