rest break strategy??

hi everyone,
i hope this is the right place to post this!

i've been given rest breaks (and a computer but that's a different story) for my exams this year. i've never had/used them before and i'm wondering how people have used theirs in the past? essentially what's your rest break strategy?

I don't have rest breaks but I know a few of my friends that do get them, use them with about 15 mins to go.

I have rest breaks and have had them for a while, and I recommend using them around halfway through exams. It's best to begin them at a time that is easy to remember eg 10:20 means you finish break at 10:30. for the English exam, I recommend taking a 10 min break in between completing each part of the exam and taking your final break halfway through the last essay. remember you can take them in fragments so it's best to split them up.
