anyone going schs next year or already going there, overview of life there??

      just wanted to know yours was straight third round offer in MAC Rob or it was principal discretion.
      From your experience how much are the chances of getting a first preference i.e. Melbourne High in second round as my brother has received second preference as SCHS in first round.

              even if no one from your school declines is there a chance i can still get second round offer to the skl i want??

                If the 4% quota has already been filled and nobody declines, then unfortunately no. But if it hasn't been filled yet then yes

                  im not sure if this is true but i heard from my friend that around 1000 spots are available across all schools but only about 700 have been filled? but it might not be true

                    Im not entirely sure but I think all spots are given out on the first round and if ppl decline then there'll be vacant spots. But if hypothetically nobody declines then there won't be a second round. But some spots would be saved for principal discretion and stuff

                      Nonono that won't happen I mean like if hypotheticallt everyone who got an offer accepts then there'll be no more spots to fill yk but don't take my word for it I might be wrong.
                      But there's definitely gonna be a second round cause there'll definitely be ppl who declines

                          so it turns out last yr 9 ppl from my skl got in but this yr for round one only 7 offers were given out and ik all of the ppl and they all said they would accept so my only hope is that there will be 2 more offers given out in round 2

                              I got into macrob last year (In year 9 this year)

                                i js calculated it and only 7 ppl could possibly be allowed in this year
                                there are 179 ppl this yr so the avg is 7.16😭😭
                                i hope they round up
                                but i dont think they will
