U would write the linear transformations as matrices, so it would be ([1 2] top half of 2x2 matrix, [3,4] bottom half) x T = (2x2 matrix with [-2 -3] top half and [-3 -11] bottom half)
Then to find T, u would multiply both sides from the left by the inverse of the bolded matrix, to end up with an equation like T = -1/2 (bolded matrix) x the last matrix, which u would equate
