Hello everyone, I am a year 12 student who is finishing the HSC, and right now I am sorting out and deciding my uac preferences. I am interested in a finance major and going down the financial services/accounting field, however, my marks in Mathematics Advance are no good (for trials, I got 29 percent, one of the lowest in the class). I get confused a lot, especially with calculus, probability, and finance questions which I just suck at. So just a question, how hard is the maths in finance at uni, with an undeveloped knowledge and understanding of Maths Advance? Any answers greatly appreciated!
