jakstar2468 Does anyone have a good reference book for data/finance/matrices and decision mathematics? Any tips on the exam and ways to prepare?
_sophiestudies_ jakstar2468 Tips for further exam preparation: Make sure your bound reference is good to go, ensuring you know where everything is (I have all my pages numbered, along with a contents page). PRACTICE EXAMS! Practice doing exam questions, particularly under timed conditions. You'll start to notice certain questions that are continually repeated, and it allows you to practice the tricky separator questions. If you can't do the whole exam in one sitting, break it up and do each section timed. Add examples from the VCAA exams (and/or company exams) to your bound reference, particularly questions you get incorrect and separator questions that most of the state gets incorrect. Mark your practice exams! This is super important, as this allows you to see where you need to work on. Make sure you have everything you need for the exam, including charging your calculation if that's required and making sure you have plenty of pencils, pens, erasers, sharpeners, rulers, etc. Hope this helps a bit!
jakstar2468 _sophiestudies_ Thanks. Do you have a bound reference that I could glance over? I have one but would love to be able to make it more visually enticing.
_sophiestudies_ jakstar2468 Sorry, I don't, since mine is all completed by hand (not with me currently) and I'm not doing matrices or networks.
