Hi guys, has anyone here done a sac for physics where they have to analyse practical activities? Basically data analysis?

If yes do you have any tips, regrets or advice?

Yeah that was most of them. We did two EPI's where we got the DATA ourself, and a couple of test-type ones where we got given the DATA.

Number one tip is - if you get one - follow the rubric. I made the mistake of going way too deep (like making up my own formulas) which was basically just a whole heap of work for no extra marks.

Also make sure to have your formula sheet with all the rearranged formulas.
Or bring the VCAA Formula sheet in. That saved me a couple of times too 😉

    Good luck!

Simple, but be careful reading the scale factors & units on graphs.

You don't want to think something is in J when its x106

Not that I know this because I made this mistake in one of my physics SACS

Make sure that straight after you list down good and bad aspects of your summary sheet so you can refine it for future (it'll be useful to have this when you're doing your exam prep)
