I am currently studying Physics 1/2 but I am considering dropping it as I am not coping well with all of my 6 subjects I am doing this year. Assuming it is possible for me to pick Biology 3/4 without 1/2, how difficult would it be on me? How much behind in content would I be?
Biology 3/4 without 1/2?
I feel like it shouldn't be too bad, for biology the content between 1/2 and 3/4 is actually quite different the only loss you would have would be things like general biological concepts but not any super detailed content so it is definitely possible to do 3/4 without 1/2 and still do very well

I loved physics, so I'd hesitate at dropping it. But Bio 3/4 is very dooable without the 1/2 (or at least it used to be when I did it). Perhaps ask your teacher for more specific advice, but as long as u work hard - u'll be fine.
They pretty much do everything again, just a bit faster. Do learn your cell features over the holidays though (organelles, etc..)
Good luck
