I got a 63% on my first sac for unit 3 English, is it possible for me to still get a 30 study score?

63% will easily get you a raw 30

It depends on your ranking and how the SAC was marked (your markers/scale/task might differ from VCAA), but 60% on the exam will get above a 30 study score.
