It really depends on your school's policy for returning work. Most schools usually set a 1-2 week return policy for assessment tasks. I can understand it's frustrating waiting for results however you have to also consider that teachers need to go through proper process such as marking (individual and cross-marking) as well as moderating, etc. so it does take some time.
If you are that concerned, speak with your teacher first (and then VCE coordinator or equivalent as they will know the school's policy re return of work).
