I’m mainly concerned abt the connections that both unimelb or Monash have with other international unis so that I am able to do an exchange program (mainly in the US, UK, or India). As well as which uni has better internships and work experiences available to students. Which uni helps u in getting those roles rather than pushing you off the deep end?

I am interested in pursuing either biomed (to pursue other medical specialties as a postgraduate eg. Optometry, dentistry, dietetics, medicine) or commerce (economics, finance, marketing, management.)

Both unimelb and monash are great universities. Generally, I hear that Monash is better at practical work whereas unimelb is more focused on the theoretical aspects, so it's generally accepted that Monash is better for medicine-related courses.

from what i heard, Melb uni offers dentistry courses, whereas Monash doesn't. Monash is focused on medicine and sciences from what i know

Both universities have exchange programs available for you. Not sure if any university helps you that much in any of those roles and usually students need to do their own work to get those internships and jobs. I don't think there will be much difference between those universities.
