Hey guys!!
I have an english advanced assessment in 2 weeks and its a critical response with related text (for common module) which explores the notion of texts and human experiences in our prescribed text and related text of choice. The prescribe text we are doing is Merchant of Venice. My teacher has advised us to pick a related text which is similar in context, form and tropes. Does anyone have any recommendations?
To keep with the module, I'm planning to base my essay on paradoxes in human experiences (incorporate inconsistencies a little bit) through the theme of prejudice and anomalies in human behaviour through the theme of justice (the Christian idea of mercy). Is this a good idea/how can i better it?
Please help!! I'm lowkey freaking out
