hi!! (im in year 10) previously in the year i chose to do specs, methods, lit, physics and chem for my subjects but now im wondering if i should do a language as well since it has the extra 10%. i dont particularly enjoy french, but if itll give me an extra 10% i might consider it (since i want to get into medicine). do you guys think its worth the add even though i dont enjoy it?

sammy I would definitely recommend doing a language for VCE. This year I did Methods, Chemistry, Physics, English, and French. Though it is a bit of a pain to do the revision necessary to do well in a LOTE subject, and to balance this with revision for other subjects, it will have certainly been worth it at the end of the year. Basically, if you have a good study method and you're up for the challenge then go for it!
