Yes it is!
Every subject requires a different approach, but my main tip is to do practice questions as you learn content - good way to practice for the exams! Also, setting aside some time to review content each week, even if that's trying a practice question from a previous area of study or picking a dot point and writing down as much as you can remember about it, then going through your notes/textbook/other resources (e.g. YouTube - can be excellent for explaining new topics).
Another point - don't be afraid to ask your teachers for help! Plus the forum on here. If you find one teacher isn't explaining a concept to you in a way you understand, asking another teacher if available might be useful.

Edit: we have study tips all over the forum, if you search into Google something like "study tips site:atarnotes.com", you'll get heaps of articles and threads.
Also remember that your results in Year 12 are not the be all and end all. There are so many pathways into what you want to do! Feel free to post any questions you have here 🙂
