TryingOutForNossal JAC was dogshit in my opinion for JMSS. Although they did teach content over the curriculum required for the test, they only did that for maths and honestly it was completely useless at the end of the day because u could learn all that content home by urself unless u rlly struggle and u only need it for like 4-5 question MAX. For the other subjects I literally had no use for what they thought us, like for numerical they literally copy pasted their maths tests, there was no resemblence whatsoever for the actual numerical test, it was literally a math test, no logic questions, patterns and the type of stuff u would see in an actual numerical test. Their SR content is by far the least accurate and useful. For starters, they taught all these useless facts and content to prepare which was useless for the exam because the exam is a test of your logic and how u interpret scientific knowledge, not raw memorisation. There tests were literally WAY too easy and for some reason half their tests were stacked with articles about science and you had to answer as if it was a reading comprehension test. As for writing, their reports were pretty good, but their science communication was accurate and innacurate at times. Like they once gave us a prompt to write an interview with a famous scientist of any time which is def not what u get on the actual test. When I asked them why their content is so innaccurate, they told me its based of feedback from students who applied last year and went to JAC. I went to JAC and they haven't even contacted us to ask about any feedback which means they are probably lying about it.
