a.. Forget about it no school of that tier will take students out of the zone no matter what, even for MWSC they have 100's of students trying to get in and for Balwyn if u were 1mm away from the zone you still wouldn't get in.
The only way would be to rent and best chance for MWSC as Balwyn will knock on your door
