Hello.
Hope all you fellow year 12s are wohooing and cheering based on getting into your first preference yesterday.
I was one of those students. UNTIL... I realised my first preference enrolment was ACCIDENTALLY MY 8th PREFERENCE (ASSOCIATES DEGREE)
In short. I wanted to get into a Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering (Honurs) at RMIT University. However, my stupidity and unconciousness choose ASSOCIATES DEGREE OF ENGINEERING. Which clearly ruined my day.
To add to my stupidity. My ATAR is 84.30 (happy to get) with study scores of 36 in English and 29 in Mathematical Methods and I got into a course BY ACCIDENT that requires a 40 atar.
Now enough ranting. I've spoken to many people who say i have a great chance in getting the course due to my year 12 results in Jan offers. However, im still insecure about whether the Aersopace engineering course will be full.
So internet. I wanna ask you some questions:
- Based on my results, do you think I will 100% certainly get the round offer in January?
- How many people do engineering at RMIT, and is the quota met all the time (basically is the course full by then)
Sorry for the all caps and mispelled words. I just need some help and advice to make my day better.
Love y'all,
FR3D.
