Hello, everyone - I am in Year 10 in Victoria and I am interested in going into the field of journalism when I get older. I am currently looking for media or publishing-related places to do work experience at. The only place that I know for sure I will apply for is the Victorian Parliament's Parliamentary Services program (specifically the Community Engagement and Broadcasting team). I am also considering applying at Triple R (their website has an e-mail address that you can apply at) as well as possibly Pan Macmillan Publishing (their website says they offer limited work experience opportunities throughout the year that will be listed on the 'Current vacancies' section on their Careers page, though nothing is listed there yet). I might also e-mail a couple newspapers or magazines to see if they offer work experience (though I am not sure which ones I should e-mail). I am having trouble looking for other places as most media/publishing organisations do not really have much information on their websites about work experience placements, so I would appreciate it if anyone here could inform me about other places I could apply at, or what other fields I should apply for work experience in if I can't find any media-related stuff (sorry if this is not the right part of the forum to ask this question).
