Hi, I'm also in year 12, doing 3/4 bio this year. I've got my U3 aos 1 SAC coming up as well and this is what I'm doing:
Look at the bio study design dot points under unit 3 aos 1 and write all that you can recall about the topics outlined in each dot point. Then check your textbook if you made any mistakes (defining a term, explaining a process such as PCR
the CRISPR-Cas9 defence system etc). If so, then revise these topics.
If you haven't already, make a flashcard set and complete a review of this set everyday in the lead up to the SAC
Do plenty of practice questions, especially those that involve application. You can source practice questions from your textbook, from your school (if they give you any) or study guides (I'd highly recommend Cambridge checkpoints and the ATAR notes topic tests).
And that's it. To sum up, once your done reviewing content, do flashcards everyday and do a ton of practice questions.
