yes i actually have a lot, so my number 1 tip would be to go into trials with like another teammate or someone you know because it makes you feel a bit more confident. also try and interact with the coaches and stuff like jack, he coaches the u14s, hes really sweet and hes a good person to talk to. also they look for explosiveness with the ball, so when you get the chance to accelerate go for it. the biggest thing is that they look for players who can play foward. they hate playing back, they have this rule, if you play back, find a new way to play foward after. and they also hate playing football with one touch, they HATE it. so my biggest thing would be that at trials, just keep trying to play foward, wether thats with dribbling, taking a shot or playing a pass. they also focus on 1v1s a lot at training. also trials usually start with a warmup, then 3 rounds of small sided games before finsihsing in a 9v9, thats my advice
