Biology 3&4 Advice

so basically I got a rlly bad SAC result for the last one, and honestly I find it difficult to know which study techniques work for me, and how to recognise mistakes in order to have a better approach around the same topic. So right now I'm confused on how to study for bio and bio SAC and how to improve on SACs, so if anyone doesn't mind can I please know how you study for bio and how you ensure you maximise your potentional, cuz rn idk what to do.

also whats the best technique to review you're mistakes and set kind of like a study system. Like how would you space out all your subjects and give them equal attention, also maximising your potential yk, cuz the thing is everything in every subject doesn't seem so bad, but like making the best out of it is what I'm confused on.
