Choosing VCE Subjects URGENT PLSS HELP

Hii, I'm in Year 9 and I have to choose my early VCE subjects soon but I have no idea what to choose.
Overall for VCE, I'm thinking Bio, Methods, Chem, Physics and Health & Human Development. (and English ofcc)

My Questions:

I'm worried my subjects are too content-heavy so do you think my subject choices are good?
What subject/s do you recommend doing early?
Any tips on how to prepare and study?
I might do another subject instead of physics because I've heard it's hard. What are your thoughts on the subject?

Also, I want to get into medicine and hopefully become a radiologist 🙂

your subjects are definitely very content heavy, as you would have chem, bio, physics and methods all at once.
i would recommend completing one of those subjects early -- preferably chemistry as that is the hardest subject so getting ahead of that in year 10 would be the best possible option. i would suggest keeping health until you actually start year 11, as that is the easiest subject on your list and classwork for health will be completed promptly.
i do not know how your school works, but in my school we were able to choose two early vce subjects, so i would recommend going with chem and bio if that is the case for your school too.
different studying methods work for different people, and i would start trying to figure out what works best for you while you are still in year 9 so you can be on top of everything when it really counts. there are a plethora of youtube videos, or blogs you can follow that suggest different studying styles, and certain techniques may help you better in one subject, but may not work for another. it is all up to you to figure out how you learn best.
majority of your subjects are on the difficult side, so when choosing whether or not to do physics you have to have a hard think about whether or not you enjoy the subject. the vcaa website will have the course content for physics, as well as many yt channels which talk about what exactly you will need to complete to finish the subject. just make sure when you are looking at these channels that you are watching the study design for the year you will be doing the subject, because the course changes every like 5 years. if you find the subject interesting i would suggest going through with it. there is no point in trying to do a subject that you do not enjoy, or find interesting, as you would not be applying yourself to the best of your abilities. subjects are not all about whats hard or easy, but those factors can contribute majorly to how you perform in your classes.
my top recommendation is choosing subjects you WANT to do, for your own personal enjoyment, not for scaling on study scores or atar. it is good to have goals set for atar and study scores, but your subjects should not be selected based solely on that. when you partake in a class that you choose to do for your love of learning the content in that subject, you will actually find that you do the work more eagerly and will study harder than for subjects you do not enjoy.
overall, you will have a lot on your plate if you choose to go with the subjects you have selected. if you are choosing those subjects based on the fact that they scale up, rather than for you, then i would suggest not going through with them all. choose the subjects that will make you happy, because scaling would be absolutely useless if you end up performing poorly in those classes.
