Hi, next year I have the option of doing general maths or politics. I want to do politics, but my teacher recommended me to do general as it can help me prepare for methods which I want to do. However, if I do general, I would not be able to do politics, as my school only offers u1&2 politics every 2 years. So, I plan to do u1&2 general in yr10 and u3&4 politics in yr11. However, would skipping u1&2 of politics put me at a disadvantage and make it more difficult?
