fr, i only started practicing in the last 3 months for yr 9 mhs entry, as i have stated many times, but this just goes to show for all, a)how anyone can achieve this under time tensions and stress, b) its not all about how much time someone has had to study, but rather their use of materials online/in person, c)if you go to a tutor, ask millions of questions, because that is their job and you would've paid a significant amount of money especially over like a 5 month appointment or whatever it is, and this is just for general life but d) BE POSITIVE, nearly everybody on the yr 9 chats can tell u that during the period of waiting till july 16th for results, we were all doubting ourselves so hard, like i mean repeating the same chat of "yea I'm not gonna make it", "competition is too high", this was me every day, and i got it, as well as many many others, so just try to always have a positive outlook, because as i have learned, having a negative one is useless, degrading and bad for your mental health. This was a rant but if someone who had gotten in mhs like last yr told me this i wuld've been so much happier (mhs coz i wanted to go there an i am now, go figure). So i would suggest that you take this into account because for the whole 3 months, everyday i was so determined get that offer, i was watching arnav kadian vids till 11:00 at night because the way he portrayed that sehs life is just so fulfilling and empowering, and with the right mindset and work ethics, you can all do so to.
