Can anyone tell me if there is a cap for the amount of damages that can be awarded for medical negligence in Queensland by law (in accordance with the Civil Liabilities Act 2003)?
If so, could you give me a reference source for that information?
This info is needed for an argumentative essay, and I cannot find anything in the Act, even though it is alluded to in various websites.
