Can anyone please please give some advice on how to maximise your marks on practice exams (and any tips I could use for the real one), especially if you’ve been struggling the whole year in methods 
I also don’t know if I should be reviewing all the content first or just doing practice q’s??
Reviewing the content first is definitely the more efficient way! It is much more targeted practice this way. The exam assesses every topic somewhat equally. However, you should spend more time on the areas you're weak at, and not need as much practice on areas you're more comfortable with. The full exams are only to find your weaknesses and let you practice your exam timing and strategy.
