Honestly i think ive started to come up with a back up plan. it involves hardwork and dedication and if this fails then theres one option. FIFO

chxin Dosanjh the house is an investment, roi goes crazy in melb, in 1-5 years it go from 1.5 to 3 million, double profit and all u do is live in the investment, in the contrary, schools are good investment, but it would be most pragmatic to buy a house.

whyjuly chxin I feel like this is your 100th time asking. I get that it's frustrating and nerve racking as you wait for an offer, but realistically NO ONE actually knows how many spots are left, I highly recommend taking a step back, stop panicking and trust the process. After all, you're gonna make it either way.
