like five words a week? and i rewrite it with the meanings too, and yk understand it. And try to use them in essays. Or 10 words? or more?

all the subjects have been getting easier for me, except verbal and rm, lots of people, and even chatgpt says it is the easiest ones to improve because all thats required is a 'strong knowledge of vocabulary and words', and some 'word roots' or something. And they say rm is one of the easiest, because you can just learn all the formulas and master it, like idk bro its not that easy for me.

nhs1234569 word roots are really good to remember because you can decode what a word if u didn’t know what it means by looking at it’s root.

guys.. how much is usually required for a sup (top 10), coz i asked around here and there, and most people say 85 and above should usually get a top 10, or top 20 at the least, but idk is it different for each subject, like some you need 80, some 90? Coz i asked chatgpt, and this is what chatgpt said to get superiors (top 10) in each subject

and if so, for each subject, how much WOULD you (usually) need for a top 10 or top 20

Math- 75% or higher
Reading Comp- 85% or higher
Verbal- 85% or higher
Quantitative- 65% or higher
Writing- Isn't graded by percentage you get ranked on criteria satisfaction levels and then compared to everyone else.
PS- I haven't done the test so I'm just going by peoples statement of difficulty but it's impossible to determine as it depends on the cohort's performance.

heyy guys , I’m currently going to jac right now, and for some reason I’m js doing the normal tuition and not the selective tutoring ? 😭 I was very confused when they told me they only do normal tuition and not selective tuition. But I know another jac that does so can anyone tell me, should I js do the regular tuition for year 9 or the year 9 selective tuition.. or should I do both? I’m applying for year 10 selective

bitaniq def do the year 9 selective tutoring as the normal classes are focused more on school subjects.

bitaniq do the selective one bc it SPECIFIFCALLY focuses on selective exams and the normal one focuses on everything in the cirriclum
