im in this discord server called selectiveworks for like sehs stuff and this guy dmed me saying he has free resources and he gave me some. he told me to email this other guy and this like other guy offered me tutoring lessons for $40/hour and my moms willing to pay but i realized something. the guy that dmed me and the tutoring guy MIGHT be the same guy. they both write nossal as "nossol" and they both text in a similar way, both using "no stress". and i went on whatsapp today to check something and realized that the tutor guy has the same pfp as the guy that dmed me on discord, so i think they might be the same person

what should i do

don't get the lessons, find a different tutor around the same price, tell ur mum. i dont reckon that's very helpful advice tho. honestly good on u for realizing that.

All im gonna say about MHS is that day's are tiring as hell especially if you travel more than 45 mins by train

BTW yall might not know what I'm saying (It's a really good public school near me next to Glen Waverley secondary, I'm using it as a bridge for SEHS cuz Blackburn too far.

2ndMMHS i live about 10 min by car from nossal but with bus it takes like 50 minutes and my bus stop is like 1.5km from my home which is annoying

I'd say if you get into the accel classes and do well compared to others, you'd have a good chance to top the cohort.

UNKNOWN_123 i remember there was definitely some questions on measurement/geometry and questions that involved quick calculations and probably algebra but honestly ive like forgotten most things about the test. And i think to do well all you need is lots of practice questions and maybe also go through a year 9 textbook for more complex questions etc

i recommend hendersons workshops i learnt ALOT from that

lols i have a bunch of henderson test papers but theyre like.. really easy, which helps with timemanagement, but im confident that the real test will be WAY harder
