Chakraboi Yeah that does make sense
Victoria sehs test 2026
MMHS I did TT6 at the normal time to prepare for an accelerated program at my local high school. After finishing, I did Level 7 but only stayed for six months. Then I started TT8 midway through Year 6 and finished it a year early, midway through Year 7.
The content was pretty easy, and I noticed they reused their material with small changes, like in their weekly tests and maybe the simulation ones too. Overall, it was alright i guess, but not too challenging
Chakraboi while u were able to do their stuff, how was ur dad confident enough before-hand that u were able to do their stuff
MHS successful candidate my dad got a couple resources from my relatives who got in and made me learn the stuff and do it
Chakraboi don't think most kids were 'dumb as' but ok. Ig the content was hard for me at first especially since i started like 3/5ths or 1/2 of the way through the yearly program. But at the time of simulation i was pretty much getting 80% and higher. However, don't rely on james an to be 100% accurate, they are not but so are all other tutoring centers. I think james an just prepares students for the worst, and has them have to do content that is unnecessary, the real test was probably a bit harder than james an tests. But anyways, you still have a while to go till the test, so don't get complacent, brush up on your skills, its good you have completed tt8 but remember, you are competing against around 3500 other people, excluding girls (for mhs). around 310 or smth get in mhs, and 1300+ put mhs first. I mean your chances are good but also you never know. I am attending mhs this year (if thats the school ur aiming for). Remember to also dedicate time to activities other than studying. Sports, music and recreational things are great for you too. Also, one more thing. People at my james an center kept bragging about getting 90+% on every test, but they didn't get a spot in sehs. This was just something common i picked up lol
Chakraboi SAME! My dad's family friends son got into MHS.
Dosanjh (NHS) bro same, he graduated this year
so in essence, believe in urself, keep some confidence, dont feel overconfident but dont doubt urself

I strongly agree because back in year 6 I was extremely confident and because of that I had failed many exams including an accelerator program at my high school, as I didn't even study for it or cared.
I was very sad because many of my friends have gotten into accelerator programs at their high school but then I had finally realized that to succeed in life you must study and work for it which was then I made a promise to myself that I would work hard for everything no matter what it was.
Also I strongly recommend you watch Arnav Kadian's selective school journey which definitely motivated me to do better as he was really inspirational to me.
Dosanjh (NHS) damn ur doin the test this yr asw right? Trust ur gonna make it u seem smart ngl
Chakraboi can u send me some my email is mauryadagod@gmail.com
@Chakraboi what year r u in 2025
Chakraboi good luck on that btw, dont stress yourself before the exams, especially the time before, js relax and try to moderate your study rate, ik this sounds misleading, but dont try to 'over-study' in certain periods, such as cramming
i recommend making a plan and study for a set amount on a set time each day until the test, do tests and time yourself under mock tests if you have access to any, this can pressure yourself (although this does contradict my previous statement) and allow yourself to adapt to the test environment
wish you all the best on the test
