Okay thanks for helping me out!
Thanks!! I read through it and you mentioned that I should do 3 practice SACs before the actual SAC.
Given my teacher, I don’t think I would benefit much from them so I plan to do more self study.
Outside of those three practice SACs, what else can I do during that self study?.Hello, I am going into year 12 next year. I am an EAL student in a mainstream English class (not enough EAL students for our own class). I don’t really know how to study for English, so any tips would be greatly appreciated. I would also want to know how you guys prepared for SACs and exams, improved on your specific weaknesses and things to look out for. Any resources would be greatly appreciated too. I am aiming to scrape the 40s in EAL so I would also like to know what it takes.

Hey, I did your subjects except for accounting and I did 3/4 Further Maths and Biology this year. But I only feel that I can help with Further Maths.
Here are some things you can do:
For further maths you basically want to do as many practice questions as you can. You can do questions from two textbooks (I found that Nelson was really good because it had a lot of exam practice questions)As practice for the SACs (and end of year exam), you can do the VCAA exams. You can do the section that you just studied in timed conditions. I did past exams up to 2016. You can also do NHT exams.
After each SAC you should get feedback and go back and do questions on areas you need to improve on.
Its great that you have taken the initiative to ask now. And also, don’t worry! As long as you put in the work I am sure you will be well on your way to get a raw 50.
