hey, is there anyone who does media & comms at Unimelb, or RMIT? I want to go to RMIT as they seem a lot more hands on, but my parents are really bugging me to go to Unimelb. Anyone who knows what it's actually like to study @ either of them please tell me.
Also anyone who studies media & comms at any other place, tell me why you chose that particular uni, not Unimelb or RMIT. Thank u!

omg sameeeee
im low-key terrified of everything...i keep hoping starting a new life and hopefully adopting a completely new persona in uni will make me feel better, but i kinda already know that's all in vain.
im from a regional place hoping to study in melb, meaning im leaving behind everything and everyone i know so i can kinda start my life over. but im scared despite that i wont be happy...
i totally get uuuu!!!!What are the hobbies/dreams/life style/goals you want to start after graduation???
can be anything from getting tattoos to running away overseas !!!bro do Lit, I do both English and Lit rn, and both are going well, but Lit is probably better.
Why: more motivated students, more interesting books (they're easier in gen. English, more motivated teachers (in my case). About the books, there's a bigger variety which is goof. There's also more to analyze and to write on if you're into that stuff. If you have a passion for English, I think you should do it. It's so boring being in English where you're so motivated and no one else is, and the teacher also doesn't care. And the teacher spends more time getting kids to shut up and stuff rather than teach.
Hope this helps, good luck!!!

It was big but nothing too serious. As long as you work hard right now nothings too bad.
Only thing I would say is to really learn the basic skills right now, especially for English. They don't teach you much, you kinda all of a sudden have to start writing paragraphs and things without much actual 'teaching' if you know what I mean. Last year I did well in English and worked hard so I'm going fine rn, but if I hadn't I dont know what would've happenedShould I study to a schedule or just whenever I have time?
Up till now I've been studying to no schedule.
What do yall think?????- In Japanese

I like printing out some Japanese essays I can read, then highlighting words/grammar techniques in it, annotating what the specific word would be in past/present tense, etc

I'm doing VCE Lit Unit 1&2. I'm struggling on writing my essays. Does anyone have any advice on the way I should structure my essay? I know the TEEL structure, but I don't know how far it'll get me, besides I feel a Lit essay needs a more complicated structure.I'm doing English 1/2 as well... low key terrified lol
