lol my eng teacher literally told me I could memorise another essay and the marker wouldn't really notice (unless they read it before ig)

almostfinishedhsc12 wow if you have good internal marks, rank, and a strong cohort you're bound to get good results. doesn't even matter how bad you'll do in the hsc bc you'll get the 3rd highest mark anyways (but do try your best)
i ranked first only because I have a weak cohort; no use for scaling. so good luck to you
beats it's good to est from year 11 but it's not completely reliable... Why? Because circumstances can dramatically change and the topics expand over time. I performed really well in year 11 and loved all my subjects, but burnt out right around trials. This procrastination and lack of drive continued to the HSC (I've also faced other challenges). Despite ranking first and having good internal marks, I'm estimating a 60-70 atar (my class average is bad... gone extremely down this year). My advice: time management, practice and study wisely. Even if your internal marks are bad, there are many stories of people getting 90s because they smashed the HSC.
And btw I est at the beginning of year 12 an atar of 92
good luck^^
(HSC Exam)
I did poorly in the trials, and also procrastinated for HSC since I got an unconditional offer from Macquarie University. But I'm really scared now bc I also got an offer from UTS... which requires a 69 atar. My internal marks are good (average As-Bs) but my external marks are looking down. Here is my est based on trials:
Eng Adv: 70/100
Eng Ext 1: 30/50
Math Adv: 36/100
Math Ext 1: 36/100 (Idk my actual mark)
Chemistry: 30/100 (Idk my actual mark)
Biology: 67/100
Business Studies: 82/100
Est Atar: 65
Wishful Atar: 75
Really wishful atar: 89 lol
