It can be hard trying to juggle life and study. Try and allow yourself breaks every now and then, and before you go to bed, have about 30-60 minutes of relax time, maybe with a book, or a TV show, so you don't go to bed with study stuff in your brain. Brain breaks don't have to be long. Even just 5 minutes to get some water, or even just walking in the street outside can be good for your mind. Then you can go back to studies feeling refreshed
