paprika I’m assuming you mean 200 per the 4 SEHS ie 800 spots. The answer is No. There are only approx 1000 spots in all 4 schools combined per year. Max the principal will only additionally take in 10-15 kids in the PDC category, and that student would have had to go to a school that has not been capped by 4%.
