I get where you’re coming from, and I used to think the same but people moving from sehs to other sehs also opens a new space in the previous sehs for new hard working people. There’s like one guy in our cohort who left Nossal for JMSS, and had he not left the 200 or so people who tried out for year 10 Nossal entry would have all done the test for no reason (since they only accept spaces that open up from people leaving I believe).
