Maybe it's because of the application, some people might have a jacked resume and that's why with 4 sups and a high they are chosen over a person with 5 sups. But I don't know much about Nossal year 10 entry, do you have to submit an application for it? If so, I think that's the case... why else would they ask to submit a resume?
