️⃣ (the enthusiasm is crazy rn)

(how r u feeling tdy?)

(thought about dropping out a few times HAHAHAHA)

(NO i don’t want to be disowned. more in a metaphoric sense that symbolises the agony of the vce journey, highlighting the difficulties of students who aspire to achieve academically and the struggle encapsulated in this goal.)

(but the satisfaction at the end will be nice :>)

(oh i so agree. im glad my bday falls after exams and not right before/ during)

( I have a feeling the end won't even be that satisfying for me tbh, because like I'm going to be scared of adulting, the school system has been an (unhealthy) constant in my life and I'm not overly fond of change)

(i get the adulting part. but you seem really intelligent and i’m sure your going to get a great job and dedicate to it like you do to school. just uhm, minus the atarnotes part for work 🥲)(btw what do you want to study at uni?)

(I wanna go melbourne uni and get a bacehlor of arts, double majoring in psyh and gender studies, hopefully leading to a psych phd (and I'm not that intelligent, i'm just academic but thanks) and they can try and take away ATARnotes but I will probably just become a lurker instead lol)

(ooh that actually sounds interesting, what is gender studies though? and also, YOU ARE SMART don’t lie rn your grades are so good 😭😭)

(that's academics not intelligence tho, I can just memorise the facts for a short period of time and parrot them back lol, and I know how to answer VCAA questions and write essays. Wheras general intelligence I can be kinda an idiot lol. Gender studies is like a study of society focussing on gender, so looking at things like femenism, heteronormity, the impact of culture on gender and sexuality etc.
wbu, what are you planning on studying?)

(in like a non-creepy way, i still think ur intelligent. you need intelligence for academics so you definitely have it. gender studies sounds interesting, id assume it isn’t too popular though…
i am contemplating unimelb or monash to study journalism/creative writing OR psychology OR a double degree of them (idk if that is possible). still a little indecisive. psychology is a lot of studying but so much rewarding, but i love the news and creative writing so im really divided)

(I think a double degree should definitely be possible, either that or a double major through an arts degree. I think they both sound like really cool study paths. I think gender studies isn't neccessarily unpopular but it's probably more common for a minor/elective subjects because it doesn't have a lot of career paths and stuff. And you don't sound creepy at all, thankyou)

! (yeah i was gonna ask what career paths would be connected to gender studies. have you considered sociology since you’re studying psych? you’ve actually made me want to talk to the careers counsellor now and see what i can do as a double degree LMAO)

(I considered sociology but honestly gender studies just sounds so much more interesting plus they have some of the classes crossing over anyways. Gender studies will be more for my own interests but it can support psych because gender affirming care and things like that are so important in psychology, plus one big area of interest in psych for me is differences between men and women (especially in things like neurodivergency) because theres such a big gap in the literature. Like I mean autism has been reported as predominantly impacting males but it's been getting more and more revealed it's likely a bias in the diagnosis criteria as men and women present differently, with females typically masking their symptoms to a higher degree. Sorry about the little ramble there lol, I just find it really interesting/a neccessary area to study)

(i saw the word literature and had an extended investigation panic attack /j. gender studies seems so enthralling, it always seemed bland every time i look at an arts degree online. you’re going to write research papers for sure, research papers that extended investigation students in 2040 read for their chosen topic and wipe their tears with HAHAHAHA)

(to add to the masses of reports hidden behind unneccessary academic paywalls is the true dream lol. I feel like most courses look really broing unless you have specefic interests/have talked to people with the interests. TBH I love the idea of doing a bachelor of arts because a) no math and b) there is such a big range of areas to study from writing to languages to social sciences/psych to creative arts and so many random things)

(sci-hub saved my life this year. if you ever get bored, slip the doi into sci-hub and enter the world of free academic papers. bachelor of arts is so cool, i am so glad im heading down that path because i love creativity and despise sciences (chem bio and physics that is…)

FH 25 (yeah I'm just not a science girlie, wish I could be but alas. At least we arts kids will not need math and I'll have to check it out. I'm lucky enough to get past some paywalls because I'm a melbourne uni student so the uni pays for some academic institutions and stuff)

(oh that’s so cool. speaking of math, finance solver in general makes me want to get a hammer to my calculator)

(I have been fortunate enough to not do math since year 10 lol)

(this is the first time I've seen it above 20)

(i decided to do general because it is quite simple. anything harder than general math i question my existence on earth)

( I decided any math wasn't worth it plus I wanted room for the more important/interesting subjects to me but fair enough)

(I didn't even realise how messy it was, we're so good at counting lol)

(im using my fingers to help get this far /j LMAO)

(stole my friends fingers duh T-T)

(i need another pair of hands ahhhhhh)

(I think to beat the reccord you'd need more hands than your friends could provide (unless of course you have hundreds of friends))

(i need a classroom full of people and THAT i have. 23 friends? so glad i don’t because people can be problematic)
edit: 23 because 23x10 = 230 which is close to the record. made no sense me writing 23 by itself
