Hi everyone,

I'm attempting the John Monash Science School entry test this year and wanted some clarity on the examination process. Are there going to be two science writing tests? One being an essay and the other being a prac report?

I had another question for the mathematics test. Will the test include topics from years 7, 8, 9 and 10?

I'm starting this thread for anyone who's planning to appear for the exam, currently at the school, a past student or anyone who has a sibling attending to share tips, advice and motivation!

    Robo_Tech sure. no one really uses it anymore as there is a dedicated JMSS server for people who got in, so I can send you the link to that. Did you get in for class of 2026 in JMSS or are you going for it next year?

        Christy I have not yet gotten in because my test will be next year to get in to get in year 10 2025
