Jacob I’m a yr 11 doing a 3/4 and I got an S for unit 3 and N for unit 4, I know I need like 16 units and I’m not worried about this unit not being part of my 16 because I do other subjects but what else does it do other than not be part of my units. Does it mean I can’t participate in the exam or does it lower my study score?
Nutella Jacob I'm not sure about doing the exam, but fairly certain that you won't be able to obtain a study score for that subject. To get a study score you have to get an S for both units 3 and 4. Which also means that doing the exam would hold no value as you won't get a study score either way. As long as you have min 16 units completed, passed unit 3&4 Eng and passed 3 other 3&4 subjects, you'll get your atar. No need to repeat year 12.
themarcusvirgilius Unlucky jacob. this is a big, big problem. You may have to repeat year 12. You should, at all costs, ask your teacher what you can do to pass. Stay strong king! ~~ The Marcus Virgilius
